Ointment for the care of nipples during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Ointment for the care of nipples during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Provides proper skin hydration and protection against external factors. Prevents abrasions, cracks and irritations of sensitive breast and nipple skin. It does not contain preservatives or fragrances, which reduces the possibility of allergic reactions and guarantees safety for mother and baby.

Indications:

daily care for sensitive or irritated breast and nipple skin during lactation
abrasions, cracks and irritations of the breast and nipple skin during lactation
two months before delivery – in order to properly prepare the nipples for the feeding period
to properly moisturize and protect the skin against external factors
in the prevention of mastitis

Action:

The positive effects of the preparation are based on glucose, an active ingredient that, depending on its concentration, exhibits either bacteriostatic or bactericidal properties while also being anti-inflammatory. Maltan prevents breast inflammation. The use of the preparation has shown a slight anesthetic effect. Regular use of Maltan ointment makes it easier for the baby to suckle and ensures painless breastfeeding for the mother.

• Paraffinum Liquidum

• Patrolatum

• Paraffin Wax

• Glyceryl Oleate

• Propylene Glycol

Packaging:

40 g aluminum tube.

Instructions for use:

During lactation, after each feeding, it is recommended to use sterile gauze compresses or nipple protectors containing 2-3 cm of ointment. Excess ointment should be removed.
