ProctoLact-M

ProctoLact-M is an oral proctological probiotic. It contains a specially selected composition of two live strains of probiotic bacteria – Lactobacillus rhamnosus PL1 and Lactobacillus reuteri 5454. These strains inhibit the multiplication of pathogenic microorganisms, which in turn cause disturbances in the proper functioning of the digestive tract. Their action supports and restores the proper functioning of the intestinal microbiota and is particularly effective in patients suffering from proctological problems.

Indications:

in intestinal microflora disorders, especially in the case of ailments in the final section of the digestive tract (anus and rectum)
during and after antibiotic therapy
during travel (e.g. to exotic countries)
during diarrhea, including traveler’s diarrhea
in any case when it is necessary to restore the intestinal bacterial balance, which significantly affects the proper functioning of the body, including the immune system

Action:

Probiotic bacteria of the Lactobacillus genus present in the ProctoLact-M preparation are part of the normal microbiota of the gastrointestinal tract. Thanks to the high ability to colonize the epithelium of the large intestine and displace pathogenic microorganisms present there, the bacterial strains contained in the ProctoLact-M preparation support the proper functioning of the digestive tract. In vitro studies have confirmed a number of beneficial properties of Lactobacillus strains present in the ProctoLact-M product:

antagonistic effect against bacteria such as Enterococcus faecalis, pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Streptococcus agalactiae, causing inflammation of the anus and the development of perianal wounds
resistance to hydrochloric acid and bile salts, which allows survival of passage (movement) through the stomach and small intestine
strong adherence (adhesion) to the epithelial cells of the large intestine, including the rectum and anus

Composition:

• Lactobacillus rhamnosus PL1

• Lactobacillus reuteri 5454

• Inulin from chicory root

• L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C)

Packaging:

10 sachets of 2 g; total net weight 20 g

30 sachets of 2 g; total net weight 60 g

Instructions for use:

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a small amount of lukewarm water (approx. 100 ml), wait a few minutes, mix carefully and drink. ProctoLact-M® is best consumed during a meal (this ensures higher survival of the bacteria contained in the preparation).

children from 3 years of age: 1 sachet once a day,
adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 sachet 1-2 times a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

To maintain the proper balance of intestinal microbiota, including the rectum and anus, ProctoLact-M® should be used for no less than 10 days.
